1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Retail Sales Agreement

Vanguard World Trade Inc operates as a direct-to-consumer fashion retailer. Product availability, sizes and quantities are confirmed for the selected items before an order is accepted. An order is accepted when the selected products, seller, total price, payment and delivery terms are confirmed in writing.

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our retail platform is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All products are subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before products are shipped. The payment method, due date and total amount are specified in the written order confirmation before payment is requested. Payment instructions are confirmed with the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery eligibility, charges and timing are confirmed before the order. For EU consumer purchases, the risk of loss remains with the seller until the consumer or a nominated third party receives the goods, except where the consumer independently commissions a carrier not offered by the seller.

6. Returns and Refunds

For EU consumer distance purchases, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right and applicable legal conformity guarantee remain available, subject to statutory exceptions. No additional voluntary return period is stated on this page. Sale pricing or missing original packaging alone does not cancel statutory rights. 7. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Delaware law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections in the consumer’s country of residence. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable statutory rights, access to competent courts or remedies for defective goods.
